よくある質問

写真はどこに保存されますか？

すべてお使いのiPhoneの中だけです。クラウドにも、私たちのサーバーにも送られません。アカウント登録もいりません。

機種変更するときは？

設定 →「バックアップ」からZIPファイルを書き出し、新しい端末で読み込んでください。iCloud Driveなどに置いておくと受け渡しが簡単です。

アプリを消したら写真はどうなりますか？

アプリと一緒に消えます。大切な写真は、定期的にバックアップを取るか、カメラロールへ保存してください。

「ひびのび プラス」は何が違いますか？

無料でも、最近1年の写真でほとんどの機能が使えます。プラスにすると、生まれた日からの写真をぜんぶ使えて、動画の透かしが消え、日付と年齢を入れられ、「きょうだいの同じころ」が使えます。買い切りで、1回の購入で家族（最大6人）も使えます。

購入したのに使えません

設定 →「ひびのび プラス」→「購入を復元」をお試しください。機種変更や再インストールのときも、同じApple Accountであれば戻せます。

Where are my photos stored?

Only on your iPhone. Nothing is sent to the cloud or to our servers, and no account is required.

How do I move to a new iPhone?

Go to Settings → Backup and export a ZIP file, then import it on the new device.

What happens if I delete the app?

Your photos are deleted with it. Please back up regularly, or save photos to your camera roll.

What does Hibinobi Plus add?

Without Plus, almost every feature works with your last year of photos. Plus unlocks every photo since day one, removes the watermark, adds the date and age to videos, and unlocks Siblings at the Same Age. It is a one-time purchase and covers your family (up to 6 people).

I bought Plus but it is not active

Open Settings → Hibinobi Plus → Restore Purchases.
